Two minutes and 30 seconds of HELL....take your
pick...bench or squat...continuous set...4-
exercises...1rst lift---90% of your max (you'll need two
"competent" spotters ) do 5-reps of neagative
reps....followed by 60 % for 5-dynamic reps (pad
bench or Ball squats) ...followed by 70% hold for 35-
seconds (6" off chest for bench and 90-degree bend
for SQAUT) followed by 5-reps with 50% of your max
full ranfge of motion...bench or squat...we had one
kid get the 5-reps on the 50% bench and most of
them got 2 ( first time through the QUANTLET....no
one has fininshed this TWICE in 25-years

Actually...when yo to all 4....in the circuit....you are at
RISK of jacking up the heart rate (      ) We don't
ask anyone to TRY a workout that hasn't been done
by yours truly (      )

There is some research that is finally fiqureing out
that it is NOT to MUCH lactic acid or NOT enough
GLUCOSE that shuts everything down...its the
BRAIN...!

It's all based on the cave man ...flight or fight...there
is ALWAYS something left...unless you are training
with us....

Reminds me of something one of my training partners told me many years ago when I was racing bicycles. I dogged it on the lead out to a hill sprint. After the sprint he asked why I hadn't gone harder. I told him I was saving something for the rest of the race (there were plenty of miles left). He said "Never save anything. There is always more there."
