The second Nasga poll should be:

In the Scottish Highland games, should spinning in the weight for height be recognized as a legal throw in any country? OR

Should the U.S. follow the rest of the world and ban the spin in the 56 for height?

Either question would do.

One word answer, Yes or No. No debate allowed.
