On the old forum someone posted a list of all the old MILO issues that had Highland Games related articles.  Would anyone be so kind as to post this info again?

I have two articles I wrote on the heavy events for Milo.  One was on basic principles for throwing and another was an interview with Art McDermott.  I'd be happy to email them to anybody.  Just drop me your email address in my private messenger.

Thanks for the help, I don't mind paying for the back issues at all, just needed a list of which ones to get.  Thanks again.

..as stated in previous posts, MILO is the best all-around strength athlete magazine in the world today. They are always looking for good news from/about the highland games world and frequently publish stories, training articles and Scottish games reports.

The editor, R. Strossen, PhD., is a competitive lifter and a world class photographer. The mag espouses quality training, common sense eating and sleep habits, no inflated claims of super size overnight and all that silliness.

There are also lots of pictures of me.

The only problem I have with MILO, is that it is only a quarterly and not monthly.
