Hi all I'm proly the newest in here. I'm in a small town in NY called Elmira. I've powerlifted for a few years and have decided that I'm gettin too old to keep puting off the swich. If Theres anyone in the Elmira area that throws and would be willing to show me a few things I'd love the help.

In Olcott near Buffalo there's Paul Krest who runs several games through out the season. If you look him up in the games database he is very freindly to new throwers. I'm just east of rochester in wayne county. If you want to PM and figure sometime that you can come up when I'm not working I can show you a little. I'm just not very good and have limited practice equipment.
