Hey Coach,

Recently purchased a Tendo unit and have been enjoying playing with it.  Was wondering about some applications for my training.  I have divided my training days (oly lifts 3 days a week)

day one I am working mainly speed is there a target I should shoot for (IE  5 feet per second etc)  this one I wonder about most as I do not want to go to light in search of the speed...or is this possible

Day two is built on horsepower produced so I mainly look for greates wattage produced

Day 3 I do not pull out the unit and work more volume and assistance on the lifts

Any ideas?

Also just got the basic version of Dartfish (video analysis) have you got a chance to play with this.

Thanks,

Terry Smith

Terry,

This is Joe from Peoria.  I've been contemplating getting the Dartfish program, let me know what you think.  I just got a grant for some research on squatting with chains, the next grant I want to go towards getting the Dartfish.  Any feedback on what you think would be apprciated.

Thanks

 Joe Terry
