just trying to get an idea what people use to SUPPLEMENT there hard work in the gym

take 2 oz.s of Monavie AM(antioxidant with glucosimine and EFA's)

take some BCaa's 1/2 before and after workout

3 RPM's and some caffeine containing liquid (pre-workout)

Might take ZMA(or ETS) at bedtime

if really wound up from a hard late PM workout-some liquid refreshments(aka BEEEEEERRRRR!!)

I need to try that I allways have trouble getting to sleep after heav Legs.

don't consider protein a supplement but up the protein..lots of beef,chicken,tuna,eggs and milk...might even give Zolk's tuna shake a whirl
