What are thoughts on bodyweight ? I use to compete at higher bodyweight 265-270 range ? Now compete at 245. Mediocre am thrower, numbers @ higher bodyweight stone 42, lwfd 64, hvy hmmr 80's, lw hmmr low 100's.

Numbers now stone 39, lw 60,hvy hmmr 70's,lw hmmr 90's. age 40

Gym weights ,strength levels are close to same as at heavier bodyweight. Torn both biceps since pr's. It would appear to me bodyweight plays a role in my throwing ? Or could be age , injuries ?

Anyone have any input / experience on diminished throws due to loss in bodyweight ?
