Condensed version - TRY/INTEND to move as fast as possible whatever you  do , use lots of different loads or percentages as long as you intend to move as fast as possible , perform your sport (go throw)- then lift afterwards exercises that accelerate - jumpsquats,snatches,cleans , release (throw exercises).
