	10/8. Day 1.... Hang cleans...65 lbs X 5 reps 85lbsX 5 reps 105lbs x 3 reps 125lbs X 3 reps 145X 1rep Front squat. 85 X 5 reps 105 X 5 reps 125 X 5 reps Push press. 85 X 5 reps 105X 5 reps 125X3 reps 17/20 line drills....25 k/b - 5 spins down the line X 5 times 25 K /B. WOB ....5x RH over 14 foot wire ....3xLH over 14 foot wire .....2x side sling over 14 wire Dan did bench press up to 350 x 1 then hit some of Stevie Pulcinellas pull,pull,,snatch up to 50kgs then hit 47lb k/b for wob 10x over a 14 lb wire(each cleared by 2-3 feet) .....am off Sunday....Monday workout # 2

	Not sore today/good thing..will lift again Monday...maybe throw some stones( have to hit some throwing while the weather is ok)
