Stone- I stood only 40' Wfd 34' LWD 72' HH I suck Caber it happened 20lbs sheaf 26' went to 30' Wob 14' went 15'8" CB Incline 5x(5-7) 240 Chins 5x (3-5) 40 Close grip 4x (5-7) 265 Rows 4x (6-8) 135 Dinne stone 415 front & 325 back held for a few seconds Endurance is still an issue & bw is still down 11lbs |

I have lifted since 4/14 and it was epic. Word just don't do it justice.
Triad I threw all day. Just maybe shouldn't have after lunch. Sunday CB Bench 6 sets (4-6) 300lbs Chin ups with rope me x5 Incline close grip 5 sets (5-7) 225 Grip Monday legs Snatches 5 sets (3-5) 200 Clean grip high pull 315 Front squats 5x5 250 Finsh tues I'm done |

Great day. Travis crushed 37' in sheaf went for 39'3 just didn't get the role on his last try. Great time throwing with great people. Can't wait to do it again.
