WEIGHTS steel cased and lead alloy filled so that I can get the weight very accurate - rectangular with rounded corners comes with round handle 7" wide x 5/8" thick attached to a short length of chain by a very heavy-duty shackle with bolt, nut and cotter pin. This allows all weights to be used for both height and distance events.
