Farmers Walk 

One attempt for time, 90 seconds
Farmer’s implements with 1 ¼”un-knurled handles.
Farmers walk down 40 yards and back 40 yards.
Equipment allowed: belt, chalk, wrist wraps, knee wraps or sleeves.

LW / Masters – 200 each hand 
MWD - 200 each hand 
HWD – 200 each hand 
Woman’s TBD

Log Press For Reps

One attempt, for time, 60 seconds
13” Log
Implement must be lifted by any means to chest and pressed for reps.  Arms and legs must be locked out. Equipment allowed: belt, chalk, wrist wraps, knee wraps or sleeves.

MWD - 150
HWD – 150
Woman’s TBD

ATV / CAR Dead Lift

A brand new 2012 Polaris ATV mount on an adjustable car lift apparatus will be lifted for maximum reps.
Equipment allowed: belt, chalk, wrist wraps, dead lift straps, knee & elbow wraps and sleeves

                      Equipment NOT allowed: supportive suits/ briefs, tacky
