The snatch seems to help my throws but I like to snatch well to so I try to make sure I keep then as close to the original lifts as I can. I do other things as well that are even more "throws related".<br /><br />Chiro, I'm embarrassed to admit it but that weight is closer to 90% of my max. Even more so when Dan makes 310 look so easy:-0<br /><br />Borges, it was a marketing ploy. Im glad it worked ;-)<br /><br />I was just wanting to get some extra eyes on my form as I train alone most of the time.]]>
