High velocity changes along vertical planes cause problems.  High exertion shuts down balance and fogs vision. And, any type of muscular soreness nails me to the floor.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Apparently have diffulty processing pain signals.  <br /><br />Finally dug throwing patterns out of that swamp and am please with increasing volume. For now, I'm curious to see if I can hit or exceed PRs by technique and focus.<br /><br />My goal is modest.  The PR I want most this summer is "Made it to the beer tent!".  ]]>

The events I didn't set PRs I was within a an inch or 2 of a PR. Didn't really have any bad throws, (1 foul in HWFD) so I'd say it was a really successful games for me.</div>]]>

I agree with Daniel, my body does well for two weeks, but I've got to get back in after that. &nbsp;]]>
