External rotation still needs work, butmajor progress. Next, will be working on dynamic stability ofshoulder.<br><br>Been training, forgot to post last week. Only can remember Friday's workout.<br><br>1.Squat Cleans &amp; Jerk 95x10x1. Clearly light weights...emphasis was ROM. Most stable C&amp;J have felt in a long time.<br>2. WOD as many sets in 15 min<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; -20 box Jumps, 24"<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; -135x10 cleans<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; -20 push ups<br>&nbsp;Did 3 sets +7 box jumps<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>]]>
