Woke up this morning with sore throat and cough... Lovely!
Block 8 Peak Season 7 weeks out Day 3 (60%) Warm up Hang Clean- Bar x 10 100 x 3 x 5 Hang Snatch- Bar x 10 95 x 3 x 5 Not much... but did it anyways.

Dude, at least you can still see the ground. All JJ and I are doing is desperately hoping for at least CLOSE to seasonal temps soon.
