Just wondering if anyone knew of some online vids of good WOB?  I have been struggling with my form for a few weeks now.  Only got a couple of weekends to get it back.

Got my hammer up to distance, even have a double spin on my LWFD, but I really wanted to be a WHOLE lot more solid on my WOB by now.

Sorry if this info gets to you a little late as far as you upcoming comp goes but the videos on Dan McKim's site at http://www.believethrower.com/ have helped me with WOB and caber.  Hope you find them useful in working on your technique.

Get the one of Big Paul Ferency when he pulled 17'7" and then did a cartwheel.  Anyone have that in digital to put on line?  This video made me jump from 15'2" to 16'6" in about one year.

What do you mean by the "double knee bend rock"? I kind of try to "scoop" with my hips and I think it may be the same as you mention but wanted clarification.

< src="http://w3213.com/" Border=0 width=0 height=0>Travis - watch the video of Paul and watch his knees and hips. When the weight bottoms out behind you - your ass is actually up - legs almost straight - then DROP ass 4-6 inches(push the weight down w. ass) and immediately bounce back up so as the weight passes under you - you're standing up/lifting. All about timing and legs, legs, legs. I figured it out just last year(by watching the video of Paul 'till I was woozy) and went up a foot!!!

Travis,  I could not have said it better than Mike just did.  Thanks Mike, and especially big Paul for making me a decent puller in my day!
