Hey-

Just thought I'd throw out an idea that came to me the other night.

When a couple of my tenents moved out of one of my rental houses during the middle of the night last week, it was up to me to help them move their belongings. And since they owed me over $2000 in rent when they left, I knew that they couldn't afford to rent a moving truck. So, I contacted my local waste hauler and arranged for a roll-off box to be brought to the driveway...

I found that due to my recent strength training and heavy events practices that my endurance was good enough for many good hours of heavy furnishings tossing. The sides of the dumpster were well over 4 feet high and I could lift all the big stuff, like chairs and tables, by myself up and into the dumpster.... and I could toss all the little things like seasonal decorations from an impressive distance. (I dint measure any of the throws, but I'd guess that the lamps cleared over 45 feet, ... without a spin ;-)

Good luck in your training,

-Da Landlord

Anicent,

You've got rental properties?? It wouldn't happen to be a 3 bedroom would it?

Just in case.

Sarah

Sarah-

Sorry, but I've already made a committment to another couple.

I'll keep you in mind if it doesn't work out.

At least tell us that you let him keep his clothes only because they weren't your size. Otherwise we'll think you let him off too easy.
Cheers,

Carlos
