Anybody have plans or pictures of a homemade roman/hyper chair? . I have switched to working out at home and don’t want to spend $250 roman/hyper chair.

Thanks

Hey Mike do you have the means to get a good price on a decent glute ham raise machine?  Right now the best price I have found is at newyorkbarbells.com for $270 with free shipping.

Careful if Zolk tries to sell you one of his calf raise machines.  There defective.  Just look at him!

Clayton,

You live in Paris/Ravenna, correct? Travel to Youngstown one weekend and see John Straub at Muscle Connection on Rt. 224 and Chris at Natural Health Foods and Barbell Center on Market St. They run some really great shops. If they don't have it, they will tell you where to get it... in town. Although the prices are always fair at their shops, always negotiate on price when in Youngstown, it is a way of life there. I miss Youngstown, I miss the equipment that is readly available. I think it is the only place in world where 6'3" 350 is average.  And when you go to see Chris, stop at Gorant's Candies next door.  (The best chocolate in the world.)  And then stop at Handel's Ice Cream.  (The best ice cream in the world - according to USA Today.) And then top it off with a Rose's Special pizza at Wedgewood. (The best pizza in the world -according to USA Today.) And maybe a rack of ribs at Armadillo's (undefeated in all BBQ contests). And then maybe another trip back to Handel's. Oh, man. And then make a trip up Route 5 to see Uncle Nick for his Greek Fried Chicken.  Heaven.  Did I mention that I miss Youngstown?
