Interesting with the fronts at the beginning and end of the session.  What's the theory behind that?

I read in Milo about a Polish lifter doing that and said to myself.... well basiclly what you said.....for me it's more of a warm up for the knees,hips,shoulders,wrists etc.  the 3x3 is much lighter than the second part...

hurt the middle back t-7,8 at trampoline place on Saturday

gona take a few days off of training....on a side note i covered 75ft with 5 bounds

the owner said he was going to put up a sign...."beware of flying old guys"

slings to the left and right very easy/light

2 handed forward throws light/easy

front squat and pushpass with 40lb stone
