so you sent the heavy rain to stop me..........a friend has a few 100ft long, 25ft high wearhouses. thats where i threw today

throw after throw with 22lb med ball,first single spin ,then double......

the jump squats are with bungee cords,i hook them to my belt and to heavy dumbbells(110lb)

press-  1x10  3x6  set the pins in the rackjust above my head  1x5 held #4 against pins for a 12 count then did # 5

deadlift-  start to just below knees  2x5  held #4 for a 12 count then did #5

deadlift just below knee to finish   2x5 

front squat- start to half squat 2x5  held #4 for a 12 count then did #5

front squat-  half squat to 1/4 squat  2x5  held #4 for a 12 count then did #5

pull ups 2x7

Hey, about your sled drags....do you have a pro-made sled or something you cobbled together yourself?  I've been meaning to try them.

 snatch pulls from waist to sternum   3x5  4th rep held against pin for a 6 count

curls   2x10      1/2 curls 3x5 4th rep held against pins for a 6 count

pull ups    3x7

Alan......made it with the help of a welder(uncle)42lb 1/4in metal plate bent at one end,goes nice over grass,pavement etc

i think lifting and not throwing works for me................throwing is harder to recover from for me
