I have tried this before on other sites, so let's try it again here.

Sunday Feb. 7th

Bench Press: 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x4, 225x1, 155x6

Shoulder Press (strict): 95x5, 115x5, 135x4, 135x3

D.B. Press: 50x5x3

B.B. Curls

 

 

Monday Feb. 8th

Deadlift: 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 365x3

Bent Over Row: 95x3, 115x3, 135x3, 155x3

Front Squat: 135x3x5 (still getting used to the feel for this, working n wrist flexibility)

Good work on the fronts!  I have wrist issues as well...I have found crossing the arms on front and holding the elbows high makes for an easier load/rack for me.  Check it out on YouTube. 

Or you might consider using straps instead of holding the bar in your hands.  Check C. Smiths vids...he uses them.

I am fronting now as well, and it SUX!  This is hard!

This is not my normal press day, but wanted to work on speed a little

Keith,

A question for you...on your quick bench presses...how much rest do you take between your sets?  I am trying this whole "fast" thing...and still trying to feel my way about.  Any advice would be appreciated!

I take one minute rest between sets.  I am by no means an authority on this, but one minute is just as goos as five by me. I tried resting longer, but got nothing from it, so i figured just enough time to take a few deep breaths and re-focus was good for me.
