Shout -out to my boy (12) who finished second in the shot @ the New England Jr. Olympics today. He had the top discus mark going in but we missed the registration - forgot about all the A -holes in USA T&F. He was disappointed, but a Wendys Triple Cheese Burger, Lg Fry, Lg Sprite and he was over it.  He qualified for the US regionals in the shot. Don't mean to be the annoying Dad, but I know alot of the NE crew no him from the games.

Good job Cole(and dad)....don't worry you will get your chance in disc....hey Don on a side note little Terri(aka Kaitlyn )is doing a  individual basketball for college scouts along with 85 of New Englands best juniors(shes only a soph) in Worcester,Mass(at Assumption)on July 30th...how far are you from here?...was wondring if you wanted to hook up on 7/29 for eats(i know I treat  hahahaha) let me know...man I miss the NE crew

Again thanks. Myles I was proud of how he handled the situation-very business like. Went through 6 rounds, progressing each round through the first 5 rounds. Alot of kids were throwing bombs in the warm-ups and caved alot when they the three USA track officals surrounding them during the actual event. The last round he sector fouled, but went for it. The battle was for second for 3-4 kids as the first place kid had about a meter lead throughout.

The boy is a glider. Not alot of meets with the plate, so Will I may look at the Bay State Games, otherwise two more local meets, and he's starting football.
