2nd week back after a 5 month break from the weight room due to injuries, issues, and laziness!! Lost 15lbs between May to Nov. Started last week weighing 274. Today weighed in at 278. Close grip Incline Bench 45x15, 75x12, 95x10, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 185x5 (still babying shoulder) DB Inc Bench 55x21x3 Bentover DB Rows/Rev Flys (65x12/20x12)x3 Upright Rows/DB Curls (45x12/30x12)x3 |

Deads 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 365x3, 415x3, 435x3, 455x1 (on 1st rep strained low back a bit) Low back strain was just enough to jack up rest of the workout. Did 3 sets of walking lunges up and down a hill with BW and had to call it a day! |
