Just barely recovered today. Idk what the hell I have to go to speed recovery but I do know I can't stand to be as cripple as I was the last 5 days again.

I throw in some heavy days when recovery starts to slow. works for me, but I also like to go 50% two days after a heavy leg day just to kill the leg pain. |

I don't know which is more disheartening, barely lifting two days a week or neither of those days including deadlift.

It seems like all I have done of late is squat and deadlift.... sounds perfect to me.
Monday speed squat 275x2x10 Today Deadlift 315x3 405x3 495x1 640x1(no need in wasting reps just make a 145lbs jump) good mornings. |

You are missing one important part of the dead lift. While your technique sounds about right I have heard from some guy at the gym that if you twist on the way up as well in really gets your back swole.
