It was a good day to pull last Saturday.  Finally got moved back from VA and now it's time to get swole.  Goal now is to hit something above 700 and gradually lower it to the floor.

Hex bar dead. Don't have a clue how much was actually on the bar by the time we got to the top set but I do know there was 310 just in Elieko bumpers and collars. Then there was the bar and a shit ton of chains. Last set Mike does 11. Not to be bested I did 15. Not to be bested he did 16. He won.

Young upstarts have to be put in their place.
Three sets of twenty ought to make you feel strong.

Loaded two logs with the Bull Sunday then Monday we benched, our favorite lift.
Swiss bar
No clue the weights. The bar is heavy and my top two sets had the equivalent of 225 if loaded on a standard bar.
4x5
KB press
3x6
Bi's and Tri's.  Welcome to the gun show.

It's odd I have the best lifts when I'm alone. Rep pr and deadlift both this week. I made sure to get video of one. I would suck as a fisherman.
Squat
327x5
417x3
467x3
507x3

Power runner and abs.

The Bull and Steven were in Knoxville today at the UT strength and conditioning clinic so I pulled alone.
Screwed around with alot of warmup reps until I got to 427.
427x3
517x3
607x1
707x1

Left to enjoy the sunshine.

Two training sessions already this week. I'm on fire, en fuego if you will.

Log bench
Don't have any idea.  Did threes until my shoulder hurt to bad to do any more. Also injured my thumb which was awesome.  Hadn't hurt it since I was done playing ball so that was a joy to relive.

Squat
315x3
315x3 (this set and the following include orange bands (light)).
365x3x3

KB what I'm going to refer to as pass through lunges.  I've done worse movements in my life but I've also done better.  At least it wasn't leg curls.

Abs.
