Rough week this week and its reflected in my failure to squat
Regular grip chain bench. 135x3 185x3 225x3 245x3 255x3 225x3 225x3 Narrow grip bench 225x3 245x3 275x2(missed the last one) 260x3 260x3 DB rows with 90. 3x8 Side raises 3x8 Went home and crashed. |

Another fantastic bench. Maybe fantastic is too strong, lets use demotivational because I like bench the least of all the lifts. Regular grip with chains 135x4 185x4 225x4 245x2 225x4x2 Close grip 225x4 250x4 280x1x2 225x4x2 Hammer curls 3x8 And I left. This was actually tonight's training and the post before was yesterday's. Usually don't clarify but I usually don't post two times in one day either. |

Well wife was admitted to the hospital Saturday evening and it was
(after lots of pain and hours of deliberation) a tubal pregnancy that had ruptured. Really freaked us out when the doctor said if we had stayed home she could have died... but we got her fixed and no less than 12 hours after admission we're back with chest pain and shortness of breath. Praying everything turns out ok. |

Was able to get back to the gym today but the stress of the wife being in the hospital along with the lack of sleep and less than quality hospital meals made this days training feel like crap. I've started my own version of the Juggernaut training system by Chad Wesley Smith. I'm starting in the beginning of the 5's phase since I'm in season technically and want don't want as much volume. Squats 225x5 330x5x6 This was tough because of the aforementioned conditions. This is all I did today because I felt like crap after I finished. I'm hopin I can eat better at home and rest and get stronger. Gotta throw well at Maryville. |

210x5x6 Close grip 3 board 225x5 255x3 275x5 Dips bodyweight 3x10 Hammer curls 4x8 Felt a lot stronger today. Got good sleep and good food and got good work. |

Bench press comp....
Only two divisions over 200 and under 200. I weiged in at 218 officially. Only pressed 300 but I still won becaue the other guy bombed out. Looking forward to Maryville games. |

Finally its time to throw some heavy stuff. Last week was the last
week of 5's and started 3's this week. Hit 255 for 7 to move wm on bench to 310 and 405 for 6 to move working max squat to 475. Deaslift I didn't get to max so it only moves from 570 to 575. Bench 255x3x7 football bar bench 210x5 255x5 275x3 305x1 Kettlebell incline 3x8 |

No real training to speak of. Benched Tuesday with a friend just
because he was and I've done some turns with my bulgarian weight bag to loosen my back other than that havent done crap since smoky mountain games. Glad to see my work pay off after I PR'd in every event. Most glad to see how much improved my sheaf was since its arguably my favorite right along with caber. Now its to Greenville, SC let's see if I can hang with the best (I'm comin for ya wes). |

No rhyme or reason for what I've been doing lately. Just goin in
puttin weight on a bar and pickin it up a bunch of different ways. Squats Warmup x a lot 275x4 315x4x2 335x4x2 GHRx8x3 Abs and shoulder work. |

Close grip Warm up x a lot 185x3 225x3x5 Tri's and left. Not very intense but its bench.... I hate bench Today Stretch... yes that says stretch Front squats Warm up x a lot 185x2 225x2 255x2x8 (60 second rest between each set) Tried to do some overhead presses but the shoulder said nope. Abs leave. |
