Ok need to put some numbers in here.  Just got back from Tenn.  Mind and body forgot to show up. probably was the worst I threw in yrs.  Got to keep moving and get the lawn chair out of my head.

49wob x 15,  15 is getting easier,  hung one at 15'6".
Hhammer x 15,  85-88,  got two to 91+
open stone 17.8 x 15 full spin 33-35  got a few out to 37
LWFD x 15,  form work and trying to add go juice 62-65
caber x 6  trying to drive it as hard as I can.

I have failed at getting younger and taller, so I'm working on stronger and more technically proficient instead.  Slow but sure.
