good workout today, I had good energy and the knee felt decent.

Spent some time in the field with Mr.Irving and Mr. McCallum.  Had a good time throwing, got schooled quite often but learned a lot.

His name is Dan Jessop, check out my facebook friends.

  Bumper squats are squats designed for eccentric explosion only.  I set the squat rack safety bars or straps so the bar is level with my belly button.  I get under it and drive up as fast as i can then slowly set it back down.  I doo these for hip explosion and to overload my leg muscles.

I never was any good at homework.

Threw at Mcpherson on Saturday, only noticable pulls were 34" sheaf and a 14"  Wob.
