And threw some breamer felt good legs

good workout today with my buddy Ryan

Bench

5x10 165

Deads

5x5 225

Dips 3x5 body weight thats alot of weight

goat belly swings 3 sets of 10 then some ab bench

and also some kroc rows 2 sets of 10 with 80 kettelbell

then 1 set of 7 with 120 pound dumbell

Really going to focus on loseing some weight this summer I look like i could eat all the athlets. Really need to get some speed into my throws. Plus i dont fell like an athlete out there more like a big guy with no athletic ability.

Really didn't fell good tonight
knee started to hurt after
starting sqauts Di did 3 sets
of 5 with 165 then did incline
bench ended at 185 for 8 reps
