Just now seeing this, Bill!LOL

I'm thinking next year I may do a dozen less games. Feeling beat up and eager to get back into the gym regularly.

When Jason said his cousin threw I was thinking, "Oh, who's that? Dave in Atlanta?" Then I remembered he was from Maine.
He said, "Tony throws somewhere in New Hampshire, he's been doing it for a while, I think he's pretty good at it..."
LOL

Yeah, pretty good.

Jason is good people.

On the misses, you threw them out in front.  Gotta throw them right over your head.  When I do heavy overhead work, I try to barely miss my chin on the way up and I push my head through as soon as the bar is out of the way.

Thanks Paul!

I have 20 years of mirror muscle gymrat training and all this REAL lifting is like starting over again. Big smile But I'm loving it. I see what you guys here are doing and just try to ape it. Hopefully I'm not too old to still learn new tricks.

Bill, I have over 200 lbs of venison in the fridge now. Big smile and yes, i WILL be going hunting again this year. There's ducks, rabbit and coyotes to kill yet.

Dragging them uphill blew my right knee up like a water ballon too! I've developed a Bakers cyst over the past year, not too happy about it.Dead
