Monday was Bench Press and OHP.... decided to combine and see what happens... Im liking so far. Bench gets shoulders good and warm and no pain when pushing. Been doing Strict Axle Presses followed by 2 sets of push presses.
So looks like this:
Bench
Warm up 141 x 20
191 x 8
231 x 5
251 x 3 x3 (60%)
Strict Press Axle
135 x 5
155 x 5
165 x 3
195 x 2
165 x 3 x 3 (75%)
Push Press
225 x 3 x 3
Pek Dec 2-3 x 12-15
Tricep pushdowns 1 arm 3 sets of 8-12
Close grip bench

Tuesday Squat and Deads Been doing a lot of bench squat for hip and quad explosiveness.

Close grip 3 sets x 3-5
Strict press 3 sets
push press 3 sets
plucked a chicken put it in a bag and waved it over my head while running naked through yard x 2

During your "chicken sprints" how much recovery between reps and how far did you go- was the chicken still moving or was it dead? Might impact stabilizing muscle more if chicken was moving around

I use it as GPP..... 3 minute rest 150 feet at a time... chicken is alive for stabilizer work yes... Youre familiar with this exercise... ;)

No personal experience, but think you might be able to market it as a fitness/free range chicken idea- or you could chase the chicken like in Rocky, as well

Changed pants and threw football with step son for 30 minutes GPP
