235 pounds 5 sets of 2 slowest was 3.1 ft/sec fastest was 3.5 ft sec.
Oly High bar squats ( Bar on top of traps, hands closer to shoulders, feet close together)

335 x 3
360 x 2 sets of 2
375 x 1
Good overall workout. Lookin at using a Dynamic effeort day ie PF day and Max effort day where I will switch up excercises ie Power squats, Box squats, front squats...

Press Day: Close grip bench: 135 x 20 225 x 10 275 x 5 315 x 2 350 x 2 Incline bench on my new commercial grade Incline bench I just bought $100! 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 250 x 5 Ultra Wide grip flat bench 225 x 3 sets of 5 super setted with Tricep rope pushdowns and and Hammer Curls!
Arms are Jacked!

19Dec11 Throws Open Stone Braemer x 5 Glide x 5 56 WFD 6 throws, nothin worth writing about 28 WFD 10 throws all around 50ish Felt good, first real trow session in a while, knockin a little rust off. Happy with LWFD Need work on Stone for sure |

16 pound indoor shot in drive way approx 8-10 throws My drive way is 36 feet from sidewalk to entrance of garage. Trying to hit as close to entrance as possible. Dark and raining Braemer style hitting around 33 feet, which is good for me at this point. I need as much work as possible on this event so using indoor shot and driveway will definately help! |

Worked out with Canadians that came down for training and throwing, Maxed out lifts for Thunder Ray....
I did some close grip presses and Deads with some Oly squats.
Threw Sheaf 18' 19' plus...... Multile throws. LWFD no measurements.
Ray and I went back and forthe for furthest throw.
