deadlifts sumo....135 2x10,,,225x5,315x5, 405x3, 495x2, 585 x1 felt horrible...605x1 even worse...dropped down to 495x1 conventional easy, 585x1 easy, 605 easy    looks like after a year of leaning out my body changed enough that sumo is no longer my best bet....gonna stick with conventional till i get fat again.
