Thanks Craig. A lot of ups and downs. Some good lessons learned this year, but I have to be able to wrap it up, put it behind me and look forward to making some big steps in the 2016 season.

Switched to front squats to save my shoulder, and hopefully I can put off pressing a little longer. There has been some improvement range of motion and the amount of pain.

Front Squats
135x5
185x5
225x3
255x2
280x1 PR
295x1 PR
305xf

I really wanted to cross the 300 mark on fronts. Maybe next time.

Good Mornings
125x8x3

Ab Wheel

Felt well enough to toss around the 8 lb. shot for about 10 minutes.
