Jan 14th at Iron Pit Gym in Bloomington Indiana .. Mark Valenti, Craig Smith and KO will be conducting a clinic for heavy events training.. Lots of topics will be covered..Off season programming, in season lifting and programming, recovery techniques, explosive lifting, olympic lifting variations, footwork drills, specific lifts for heavy events, core work and much more..
40 dollar fee.. plz contact KO or Mark Valenti for more info.. Dont bother Craig hes to important...lol
