It's in the gym I used to manage. I still go by and use it anytime I want. The owner and I are still pretty tight.

Had to go to class trained in street clothes.  Session lasted about 20 minutes, balls to the wall. Light weights.
Speed Bench
185x8x3
Bent over Rows (to keep from chnging plates just used what the kids were using)
135x10x4
did a 5th set with 135 in each hand, that was interesting
JM Presses
125x10x6
Off to class.
And yes you are all the way Adam.

Trained with my semi-psychotic nephew Supersize.  Great 4 hour afternoon training session.  I was dead.

Semi? I always assumed completely.

Myles, the eye is doing great. Had the retina lasers last April. Got that fixed but that surgery caused a cataract. So I got that fixed over the Christmas holiday. Well pleased with the outcome. Just another old man surgery.

Dave Lyttle is excited about MWC, he called me excited.  It is really all about us all being together again on the field.  I guess the eye is good as you have not commented?

Mike all o-linemen are a breed apart and I am honored to have participated.  Once an offensive line man always an offensive lineman.  Band walk outs are just what you think walking away from the rack with band resistance, forwards, backwards whatever you like.
1/23/12
Upper body heavy
6x10 15 lb med ball into a wall 3 different ways
Floor press
315 x 3
365 x 1 going for 3 but tweaked something in my left breast and stopped
K-bell inclines
since my breast was sore went high reps
32k x 15 x 4 each side
k-bell swing pulls

Not sure what to call these I stole them somewhere really works upper back in same plane as bench hits the front.  do a k-bell swing, when your arms are parallel to the floor pull the bells into your chest then let 'em fall and continue swinging

32k in each hand x 4 x 10

incline k-bell tricep extensions
16k each hand x 5 x 10
Three sets of twenty ought to make you feel strong.

Thumbs Up  i like the first workout already!

Offensive lineman are the most intelligent , handsome and dedicated people.
WE are who you want in your foxhole.

......and Ed - he likes to blow things up.

band walk outs? is that just movement w resistance?

....but you sure can pull an original amount .
Welcome!

I have been considering posting for quite some time instead of merely lurking.  We will see how it goes.  I bought a pair of Nike Romeleos on e-bay they should be here tomorrow. I guess that qualifies me to start a log.
