Training is going well. Nice having a consistent training partner as my son has graduated from college and has come back home to coach and teach at the same school where I teach. Talked to Mike Smith today. He sounds great and is doing well and said to tell every hello.

Watched kids open gifts.
Ate apple stuffed french toast, brown sugar bacon twists, spinach quiche, ma-mow-suhs, glass of whole milk. Hit squats (5/3/1), GHR, Bench (5/3/1), and Dips. Hit 13 and 15 respectively on the last sets. Took a nap. That is a merry Christmas! Peace to you and yours Mr. Nease.

leg press does not matter how many sets and reps it was frickin leg press curls in the squat rack 4x10 (this was ok because they were done as power curls) tanned hung my head in shame |
