Recent highlights 18" Deads 800 x 6 Bench 345 x 15 squat 365 x 19 hip snatches did 'em and my shoulder did not fall off |

pretty much Size.
2/22 Light week of work, pretty beat down from heavy stuff. My version of CrossFit exergenie x 50 feet 110 lb k-bell swings 55lb 2" handle k-bell hand to hand 16 lb sledge hammer to stump four rounds 2/23 Loaded two large walnut logs on a wagon with cant hooks (With help from Supersize) Loaded 2 loads of horse manure with a shovel and applied to my garden (the ultimate day of metabolic conditioning) |

Love my swiss bar takes some of the pressure off my beat up old shoulders. A buddy of mine made it for me. Very heavy duty. |

Been slacking on my posting.
Now training 3 days per week, 1 upper, 2 lowers (push then pull). Getting some throwing in on the off days. Trying to suck less. Old hurts. |
