brand new to the web, and going into my second season of games. been training alongside Jasen VonGuinness up here in Albany New York, and he has really paved my way to a hopefully successful season this year. Current weight is 175, height 5'9".
my off season training is as follows
week one, Day One:
Squat/Overhead
90% PR
75% 5 reps x2
80% " "
85% " "
Week one, Day Two:
Bench/Deadlift
Same Numbers as Day One
Week two, Day One
Squat/Overhead
80% 3 reps x2
85% " "
90% " "
Week two, Day Two
Bench/Deadlift
Same Numbers as Day One
Week three, Day One:
Squat/Overhead
75% 5 reps x2
85% 3 reps x2
95% as many reps to 10
Week three, Day Two:
Bench/Deadlift
Same numbers as Day One
down time in between sets is filled with good mornings, yokes, prowler pulls, zerkers, and chained weight chin ups.
starting week one on Tuesday, will post numbers if interested. looking forward to start throwing again, just harvested some sweet cabers for this season today.

so because it was 50+ degrees out up here in new york, i took the opportunity to get some throwing in during my lunch break today. mind you i work at RPI a very technologically based college in troy new york. needless to say students and faculty alike were taken aback watching my carry my stone and weight across campus. did get some awesome first of the season throwing in, 42 feet in lightweight, and 28 feet for braemar. felt great coming back into work covered in earth and sweat. looking forward to the season.

fought all afternoon squaring up to the trig, finaly got some good footwork down
braemar worked well, 22 feet stone was a lil heavy
pred with hammer at 67 feet, which for me is not bad, def had more in the tank
