This past weekend, Coleman graduated from BMT with the United States Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio TX.  He recieved the Thunderbolt award for his final PT.  He also got married!!!!  Currently, he is at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi MS doing his Tech School.  After that, he will be stationed and his wife can join him.   I have never been so proud!!!

We discussed starting a Highland Team  for the Air force.  Getting all branches involved, we can have an all military games.  Like North/South.  Military Champions travel to different bases each yr for championships!!

Congrats to Coleman! I've been in the AF nearly 8 yrs and have loved every bit of it. As a matter of fact, Keesler is where I did my tech school. I'll be back down there in a couple of weeks for some more training. What AFSC is he training in?

Congratulations--I went the same path of basic at Lackland, tech school at Keesler (of course, that was a LONG time ago now--1975).

USAPL has a Military Nationals meet (retirees eligible); so no reason not to have a Military Nationals games (Scottish American Military Society on board?).  Competitors can wear their service tartan or family tartan (I've used USAF tartan since I started in 2007).

Thumbs Up  Congratulations to Coleman, not only for graduating Basic, but also for the nuptials!!!  Best of luck in the future, Mr. and Mrs. Ballard!
