lunch:  about a pound of turkey, mashed potatos gravy on everything.
Dinner:  Spaghetti with homemade meatballs(two plates)
workout at 7pm followed by protein shake
2nd dinner:  Three pbj's
I gallon choco milk throughout the day.
Another plate of spaghetti will be gone before bedtime.

Lunch:  10 taco bell soft tacos...lol

2nd dinner:  3 BLT's
Gallon of choco milk done by 9:30 today.

A rare day in January to throw in MI.  58 degrees out. 
 
I went with a 12lb stone to work on speed. 10 throws 48-52'
Did some 1 spin with the 28. 6 throws 48-56'
6 fulls with the 28.  75% effort.
22 hammer 1 turn, 2 turn, 3 turn 80'ish
16 hammer 6 fulls. All around 100'
It's a start.
