Lol at you guys.

That squat workout was Monday night. I just posted it yesterday.

I had a throwing session yesterday

HH x5 98-104
LH x5 122-131
49 x5 43-46
28 x5 78-83

Was fine after this.

I hurt myself getting a refrigerator out of the house. Doing a kitchen remodel that my wife has been hounding me about.

Life got me, not the weights.

Apologies.  You should get a strong guy to lift the heavy stuff, IMO.

Whilst speaking with Craig the other day, he coined the phrase "Training ADD".

I'll embrace that.

Squats + Squats + Squats + Pulls + 20 throws + Fridge.

Yea, definitely solely the fridge, nothing else I see could have contributed in any way.

seems obvious it was the fridge to me. I make it a point to not do anything heavy outside of the gym. Then I get it by a car. FML.

Also, who is only taking 20 throws in a practice? I thought you wanted to get better Nate?

That was funny Jake.

We've been talking about "training ADHD" for years, but you've been too distracted to notice.

Based on how I feel today, I may go back.

Good call! I was trying to focus one throwing up and not out. That would help for sure.

I know that when I throw heavy hammer I get more distance when I throw with a higher trajectory. I'm not necessarily focusing on up vs out, but more up than normal. This doesn't seem to apply w/ the light hammer...WEIRD.

Done and done.

Taking it easy this week, due to Albany coming up and trying to sort out some kinks. An oil can may be in order.

As per usual, I have no idea how I will throw. Probably a few great events, a few shitty ones, and a few right at par.

The forecast looks great, if we can hold off the rain. I do expect a PR in fun.

Bench last night

Went with some speed work

250x3x10

pull downs 3x10

BW dips 3x10

BW @ 256 <----PR

That is guaranteed.

We all may melt due to it being close to 90, though.  Just 3 weeks ago it seemed to not want to break 50...now it'll be 90 this weekend?  WTF?

Do they know about humidity in TX? I just recall feeling like an ant under a magnifying glass when I was there.

Plus we have trees with leaves, that provide shade.

Also, sad to say I eaten the last of the venison. I'll have to take two next year.
