Warm up winds

HH: 10 throws or so with a best of 94
LH: same thing 10 or so throws best of 116

only wore one boot because I have a huge bruise on right foot don't know how much difference that would have made but will wear both next time.

Training was short but turned out better than I thought

Cleans
135 x3x2
185 x3x2
225 hang clean for 3 sets doubles
275 hang cleans didn't catch them but pulled them high
went to 285 and full clean and jerked actually more of a power clean and push press
then I decided to go 305 clean and jerk (still more power clean and push press) and GOT IT!
and that was all the time I had will put up a video a friend took.
