Ran a powerlifting meet yesterday still squating before meet after setup 496 free range on platform no spotter felt good. Today I am hurting from running the meet can't open a jar of pickles but went to gym anyway so mixed it up at 405 I wraped my knees went right to 495 boom done why not 545 ooooo ya gravity lol I did not come back.

Oops I did not add correct yesterday was 485 today was 485 aswell. So the past 3 days 500 485 485 best 3 days yet Its hard to stay awake but whatever lol

Yesterday I had nothing to offer only got 445. Food sleep 12hrs today 445x1 465x1 485x1 why not I sead 500x1 boom 400x3 and roller action food sleep repeat

Squat omg was not going good my nose exploded boom blood at 405 so FFFFF it want 445 pop lots of blood lol 465 was really hard today. Sleep eat beer I'll recover and hit it agen in am.

Squats 415x1 435x1 455x1 box squat 415x5 505x5 595x5 pushed to fast on my first rep a almost fell when bar bounced. Close leg box 325x2x10 leg extension 5 sets and gimp home.

Squats yesterday. I haven't lifted in 2 weeks worked up to 405x3x3 slow dut when I push the bar runs away from me. Keep running or I'll hurt you.
