Got a new small hard plastic cast. Squating only did cingles with green bands working on hand placment worked upto 445 pluss green. Wow good day.

Deadlift with fingertips in my hard cast 500x1 . Lat pull down row trap work and hang snatch all light hand was unhappy. To bad in lifting anyway.

Squat today working on my hip drive hit 425x1 was nice and easy so went to 455x2 455x0 oops droped back down 313x5x3. Hack squats and shuffle deadlift hips feel like i gave birth.

Lol no sorry. Doug hepburn. Itsa 4 day split so deadlift overhead press tuesday. All same reps 80percent 6x2. 2 min rests. Then drop 20 persent 3x6 was quite difficalt having just lost 10 lbs
