It is official Ladies and Gentlemen!!! WE HAVE A NEW WORLD RECORD in the Sheaf toss. Braidy Miller threw 39' at this weekends Dublin Irish Festival and set a new world record with a Jason Clevenger Clevenger Sheaves bag. Weighed it today and it weighed in at 16# 4.2 oz. Congrats Braidy!! Thanks to all the athletes who attended and threw in the competition. Thanks to Richard McClain for being my RT hand man, Kelly Huntley for all her help support. Thanks to the judges Lucas McDonald Josh Raab Scott Williams and Alex Duncan!! You that helped on the field Bill Boyd Jason Rhodes & Bruce Huntley you are appreciated more than you know. Also want to thank Heather Myers for helping out with scoring, BIG help on that. Awesome of the athletes to help us setup and dismantle even after a long day of competition!! Frances 'Baker' Williams took some great photos I am sure. (we will be sharing them soon) It was a great crowd and an awesome competition that Myself and the GLSAA crew are proud to host and will do so again next year. If you have never been to this game I think you have to try and make it. Just ask those who where there.

Thanks,
Brian

So that makes it both an age class record and the amateur class record, and also ties the US record, right?

congrats!

(According to the database, he also threw a 121' heavy hammer and 143' light hammer recently!  I'm sure those are age class record too!  And Brent going long and high with the old man weight for two more age class records!  Those guys are on fire.)
