I was looking for the correct weights for an over age 50 male that weighs under 190 lbs.  I am about five hours from Kansas City and am interested in the light weight Nationals held there.  Thanks.

42 lb. Weight for Height and Heavy Weight for Distance. 16 lb. Sheaf. All other weighs are the same as everyone else. This is for both light weights any age and masters classes.

LW nationals is being held in Davenport, IA in 2015.  This is an invite championship based on data pulled out of NASGA  -- so get your marks in NASGA.  This year it was held in Tulsa and will return there in 2017.

There is also Masters world which contests under 200 divisions by age groupings which I still believe are 40-49 and 50+  Check at  http://www.scottishmasters.org/  for more information.  Masters Worlds are not invite games, you just have to qualify by throwing X number of masters events in a period prior to the championship.  As I said, check with the website for full information.

You might find the 'about' page on this very site useful.

To answer your question though, NASGA doesn't sanction any games or competitions .

Also track and field, powerlifting, etc...have 'meets', but not HG.
