Been working for just over 2 years now- Concept 2 just added world records for the 1 minute sprint category- my 395 meters is a record for the 40+ group

That is awesome Shawn, congrats!!

My wife just scooped up a concept 2 for the house.  I'm gonna spend next week reading your log so I can figure out what to do on it!

Thanks all!

Craig- I'd recommend a few weeks getting comfortable with technique. It's a nice way to get conditioned without beating up one's joint and you can take it as far as your willing to push. I'll be happy to provide any insight that I have if needed

Good work, brother.  That's impressive.

I actually rowed on a Concept 2 for the first time every this past week.  Going to mix it in with my conditioning sessions.

Thanks again all! Not HG related but since I keep a training log here.....

Any Mike it's a good conditioning tool- wouldn't recommend it too much if throwing is still main goal (especially any distance stuff)- just for me to get good at the 500m stuff I had to row 100 of thousands of meters- doesn't make you strong :)
