Where can I buy a light and heavy hammer?  I would be open for buying used if I could find one.  Thanks in advance.

Two options that I know of are

Mike used to have a Facebook page, but I'm not on Facebook to confirm that.  I have both Old Celt and LPS hammers and throw them regularly.  Good stuff.

I have also heard that Daniel Goulet makes implements, and the word is that you can look him up on Facebook as well.

I hope this helps.

I throw iron viking hammers in practice. Very well made and quick turnaround, they have a facebook page as well and ship pretty cheap.
